KOUSHUN is the cultivar of Sencha, green tea. I wonder if there are other Senca that is so elegant like this. Cold brew Koushun is like a balmy breeze.
Shizuoka is the biggest tea producing area in Japan. That Shizuoka made this cultivar taking their pride. KOUSHUN is focusing on the brilliant fragrance. It is not typical Japanese tea at all. I was so impressed its delicate flavor when it is brewed at lower temperature.
